Arlindo Camacho

Arlindo Camacho in 2004 enrolled on the Ar.Co photography course and two years later he joined the Professional Photography Course at the Portuguese Institute of Photography.

He has worked for Diário de Notícias and Time Out Lisboa and currently collaborates with some national publications, such as Visão magazine and Revista Prima, where he publishes regularly.

As a filmmaker and director of photography, he has made numerous documentary projects, most recently the documentary “Nturudu-Um Carnaval Sem Máscara”, made in Guinea-Bissau, which received several international awards.

A lover of travel, he has been travelling the world alone for several years in search of knowledge of other cultures, using photography as the documentary basis for his journeys.
