CAIS

Our mission is to contribute to the overall improvement of the living conditions of socially and economically vulnerable people in situations of deprivation, exclusion and risk. How? We promote social inclusion through different training projects to help people approach or return to the labour market, helping them regain their self-esteem, skills and their rightful place in society, in Lisbon and Porto. How do we do it? Through social projects such as CAIS Magazine, CAIS RECICLA (transforming workshop), Futebol de Rua, BP PLAY, Capacita +.

CAIS in numbers (2022):
We accompanied 577 people and their families and integrated 88 people into the labour market.

Street Football involved around 1,485 beneficiaries in social inclusion through sport by developing personal and social skills.

CAIS Recicla produced 8,507 items by utilising waste donated by companies.

In addition to social projects, we have other responses such as Social Monitoring, regular training actions and the Incorpora programme.
