Jakub Rybicki

Jakub Rybicki, born 1985: photographer, storyteller, travel writer and tour guide. 

As a freelance journalist collaborates with biggest polish magazines, e.g. National Geographic. For his photographic  work has been awarded several national and international prizes.

His book “On Baikal lake” was published in 2015.  Co-author of podcast about sustainable travel “Dobra Podroz and co-founder of Modern Tourism Center, an NGO dedicated to promote and develop sustainable tourism. Loves going to extremes and any form of outdoor activity. By bicycle, car, hitchhiking, on horseback or on foot has traveled over 70 countries. He has cycled in winter frozen lake Baikal, Arctic Circle Trail in Greenland and others. In 2016 made an attempt to climb second highest unclimbed peak in the world. He was also climbing and photographing in Afghanistan and Tibet.
